AIA TOLEDO DESIGN AWARDSThe AIA Toledo Design
Awards Program was established to recognize design excellence for private
and public projects of quality, and honor works of distinction located
in Northwest Ohio. The awards stand as an affirmation of the diversity
and quality of our contemporary regional architecture. The AIA Toledo
Design Awards Program is founded on the belief that excellence knows neither
region nor style, and is not a function of budget, project size, or building
type. There were twenty (20) project entries received for this years Design Awards Program representing ten (10) NW Ohio architectural firms. The entries were reviewed on October 28, 2004 in Chicago, Illinois where three (3) entries were selected to receive Honor Awards and five (5) entries were selected to receive Citation Awards by this years Design Award Jury. Awards were presented at the 2004 AIA Toledo Design Awards Gala held at the Sylvania Country Club on Saturday, November 20, 2004. |
