AIA TOLEDO DESIGN AWARDSThe AIA Toledo Design Awards Program was established to recognize design excellence for private and public projects of quality, and honor works of distinction located in Northwest Ohio. The awards stand as an affirmation of the diversity and quality of our contemporary regional architecture. The AIA Toledo Design Awards Program is founded on the belief that excellence knows neither region nor style, and is not a function of budget, project size, or building type. There were sixteen (16) project entries received for this years Design Awards Program representing eight (8) NW Ohio architectural firms. The entries were reviewed on October 24, 2002 in Birmingham, Michigan and five (5) entries were selected by this years Design Award Jury to receive Honor Awards. Awards were presented at the 2002 AIA Toledo Design Holiday Awards Gala at the Sylvania Country Club on Saturday, November 23, 2002. |
